Street Rod is a racing that takes place in the year 1963. You've got $750 to find a car in the newspaper classifieds. You'll also have to search for car parts, like racing wheels, engine parts, etc. The object of this game is to rise through the ranks by winning races against other racers. Using money you earn through races you can make your cars better and eventually winning enough races earns you the right to challenge The King for his position.

The King is the best driver in the game, and when you beat him, you become the new king and steal his girlfriend. What i love about this game is that not only you need to be good a racing, there's also a complete world besides the racing part. You have to maintain your car, make sure you meet the right people for the drag races and you even have to make sure you'll make it before school starts so you have to keep watching the calendar in the garage!
